JustCallDude is a custom solution provider, no one job is the same - normally. However, we try our best to be as up front about the cost as possible in order to set realistic expectations. These are not finalized numbers, and a variety of factors may change the outcome of a quote during negotiations. 

Service calls - $125 first hour, $70 per man hour after first hour. Does not include any parts required to complete the job. 

Distance fee - first 30 minute drive distance is free. $20 per 15 minutes after the original $30 minute drive distance. This maybe negotiated depending on the job. Hotel and flight travel maybe required depending on the distance and complexity of the job. Our dudes have family and they want to get home to see their family, so rest assure the job will be completed as quickly as possible. 

TV installations - $300 up to 86 inch TV's, excluding mounting brackets. Includes low-voltage bracket cut in box & cover plate x qty 2. Additional power out/extension as needed up to 6 feet. Larger TV's require a custom quote. 

Office 365 account set up: $10 per user, does not include the monthly subscription rate, which varies depending on level of service. 

Anti-virus software: anti-virus starts off at $8.00 per user per month, plus optional $5.00 per user set up fee. Our antivirus solution is the cutting edge using artificial intelligence to add millions of threats to the database weekly. Our anti-virus is the only currently known solution that works with the firewall to eliminate crypto ransomware hijacking and increase network safety by utilizing health checks to cut off an infected computer from the networks almost instantaneously!  Threats not even known in the wild have been stopped with this solution. It is recommended to pair this system with the firewall, as well as access points for a complete solution.  There are multiple levels of threat protection, so the price may very depending on what level and how many users you wish to keep at what level. 

Custom theaters:  built to order, starts off in the $3,000 range and goes up depending on the project wishes and design. Request your free quote so we can discuss your wishes and discuss available options. 

Security camera system: designed and built to order. Request your free quote so we can discuss your wishes and discuss available options. There is a $500 minimum requirement. 

VOIP: rates start out at $15-40 per user per month, excluding cost of the VOIP device and initial configuration. Call today for a free quote so we can discuss your needs in order to design the ideal VOIP service offering.

PLEASE NOTE! Lift and boom truck rentals cost are required to be paid, delivered and returned by the customer when a lift or boom truck is needed, for the entirety of the job. A 20% fee is charged if scheduled by JustCallDude employees. 

For heights above 25 feet there is an additional price increase (contact to discuss). Rental lift fees depend normally on the closest rental agency rates. Customer is required to assure the lift is in working order on schedule working days - if the lift is not working and a dude arrives on site to work this counts as billable service hours.
